Justice for Uganda’s people

Representatives for the Lord's Resistance Army rebels are asking victims of the conflict what they believe should happen - whether justice is gained via traditional methods, the country's courts or through the International Criminal Court.

I believe as much Ugandan want justice to prevail; they are tired and badly affected economically and socially by the war. What this rebel outfit committed is beyond just reconciliation as that would show others to be in any part of Africa that forgiveness is possible after all crimes against humanity and torture. I think these criminals must be sentenced in the international courts. They need hard punish to his actions.
