The credit crisis

Almost everyone, in various parts of the world will be impacted by the credit crisis, off course some more than others. A family in Cleveland U.S., will be hit hard as their house value will drop significantly due to lack of demand. In a city like San Francisco, where the economy and job market is booming, then someone like me won’t feel the impacted through real estate prices but perhaps the rapid depression of finance stocks and greater difficulty to borrow. It’s a global economy and whether we realize it or not, directly or indirectly, we’re all impacted to some extent.
