China has become a capitalist power without losing the characteristics of a dictatorship

China has become a capitalist power without losing the characteristics of a bureaucratic dictatorship it has always been (the Kunchangtan is a kinda "Red Mandarinocracy"). Affluency has come with great inequalities in China, but nonetheless, there are more affluent people than ever. They are not playing the role of Government poodles. They are working with independent labour organisations.

What we witness in China is the rise of capitalism with a politically repressive system that might be a model for the future. There is no reason to suppose otherwise. The really existing socialism has failed. Some times due to its own contradictions, others due to international pressure.
