China and India overpopulation

Overpopulation implies the notion of scarcity. There will be room for all of us if we learn to come together collectively to manage our species and control our species' influence on our environment. It is that or we either compete against each other until we create our own demise.

That's scary to think that if we ever went to war with China or India, we could throw our whole population in and they would still out number us by about 1billion people. I wonder what the poverty rates are in China and India today. Last I heard there's and estimated 800 million in China that live in dire poverty.

India is well on its way to surpassing China. They don’t have any regulations on having kids like China (At least not to my knowledge).

Before 1947, Pakistan and Bangladesh were a part of India. So if the partition of India had never happened the population of India would have been 1,449,585,110 which exceed China's population of 1,321,851,888 by 9.66%.

We need to provide women all over the world with the same family-planning choices as are provided in America and Europe.
